This is a new style functional fabric-heat storage functional fabric. The composition os this fabric is Cotton, Polyester, Rayon and Spandex. The cotton fiber is the natural fiber and the most comfortable, It has strong hygroscopicity and good air permeability. But it is easy to Wrinkle.You should iron it before you wear it. 
While Polyester Fiber, the elasticity and wear resistance are good , the size is stable, the shrinkage rate is small, it has the characteristics of straight, not easy to wrinkle, easy to wash and dry, and can not be soaked with high temperature ironing and boiling water. 
The elastic of this fabric is very high. It fits well to make samll leggings pencil pants and high elastic trousers. It is very comfortable to wear. 
Although this fabric contains polyester, but it does not have the rough feeling of polyester. It also has the composition of the Rayon which can keep in accumulation of heat. In winter it will be more warmer than the common fabric. With this characteristics of this Fabric, it is well suitable for making Leisure Pants and so on.
